We discovered that my nieces and nephews had lice while visiting us in NYC. Rafa and Dan arrived at our home within about two hours of our call and combed out all ten of us. They were incredibly kind and gentle with the children. I never thought I would be raving about an experience with lice, but the process could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you so much! I thought it was going to be long and painful but the staff made it so comfortable it felt like a spa day and they took out all the lice!!! Me and my family are very grateful.
