Lice busters was amazing! My daughter recently had lice, we called early in the morning and booked us an appointment for later in the day. From the moment we walked in, the staff were professional and very friendly. They made a very stressful experience so much easier for us. Treatment was thorough, explained and answered every question we had.
Excellent experience. They were wonderful with my kids. Eli especially knew how to get my kids comfortable - he was very gentle and even my 2.5 year old warmed to him quickly. They also took great care of our very thick hair.
Dealing with lice is a nightmare, but the Lice Buster made everything so much easier. When I discovered that my daughter had lice and contacted them, they got back to me right away and had us in within 3 hours. Their place is clean and quite adorable! The staff is really friendly and incredibly thorough. Since then, they’ve been there for all my follow-up questions and genuinely care about keeping my family lice-free. I’d recommend them a thousand times!
Our experience with Lice Busters in NYC was fantastic. They replied to my email at 10pm and got us an appointment for the next day at the time I wanted. They treated my daughter and checked my husband and me, and a week later, when I was still anxious, they let me come back for a recheck to ease my mind. This was honestly as fun and straightforward as a lice screening and treatment can get, lol. While we were traveling, my daughter had a potential case, and they managed to rearrange their schedule to fit us in for an emergency screening and treatment before we had to hop on a train home. The technician was super nice, really knowledgeable, and was quick yet thorough at the same time.
