Our experience with Lice Busters in NYC was fantastic. They replied to my email at 10pm and got us an appointment for the next day at the time I wanted. They treated my daughter and checked my husband and me, and a week later, when I was still anxious, they let me come back for a recheck to ease my mind. They were super helpful and quick in treating my daughter for lice. Very easy to make an appointment. Kind staff with children. Pleasant experience given the nature of the visit.
Great experience at Lice Busters. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and we were seen right away after explaining our situation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They took their time to check everything thoroughly and explained what they were seeing, which gave me real peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with lice or even just a scare.
Awesome place! They diligently check the hair, they explain everything to you, what they do and what to look for. They make you very comfortable and reassured. Thankfully they didn’t find anything in my little one’s hair but it’s definitely worth coming in. The place is very clean and they’re also very quick.
We had a lice scare due to an outbreak at my daughter’s elementary school, and this clinic was amazing. The owner responded to my text immediately and got us in for an early appointment, which was such a relief. He was incredibly kind and patient with my children, making the whole experience calm and reassuring instead of stressful.
