We had such an amazing experience at Lice Away Today! When we had to bring our family in for lice, we were understandably stressed, but from the very first phone call, Michelle (the owner) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. This lady can be seen as extremely rude for no exact reason!! If you don’t like your job then maybe don’t work with people, especially when your customers are already stressed and panicking about having lice. She couldn’t even let a customer speak without constantly interrupting and talking over them, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. From the owners quick communication to get us scheduled to working with Chelsea and her answering every question I could throw at her with ease, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Chelsea gave us both such peace of mind, and for that I am beyond grateful.
Chelsea was absolutely incredible! She was not only highly knowledgeable and informative, but also incredibly patient and gentle with the kids. Highly highly recommend for anyone struggling with those “just won’t go away little pests”. My family had been struggling with head lice and we thought we had tried everything from over the counter treatments, to Ivermectin lotion treatments, to prescription medication shampoo treatments and NOTHING was working!
