Very dissatisfied. Matt took our call and spent an hour with us on our custody case. He indicated that he'd be able to come on board and do damage control. We had scheduled to reconnect. We must have called literally 10 times within a 2 week period after that first call, trying to follow up as per his instruction. We even went to the length of finding his wife on FB, who introduced us to Matt via a non-legal interaction.
