To keep everyone updated as to their questionable billing practices here we go. We just received a letter of separation for my husband, yes he was a patient to, dated May 5, 2022. The opening line states, "I find it necessary to inform you at this time that I will no longer be able to serve as your doctor." The reason for the separation need not be shared however, the letter closes with "...I will not be able to provide chiropractic care of any kind to you after May 22nd, 2022." May 3, 2022 So update, I just received a call from Peter, the office manager, who after 13 minutes and 32 seconds of bullying, I had to hang up on because I would not agree to take down my earlier post. What I did not mention is that I also brought my son to see her and now for some God unknown reason, the office is threatening to cancel his, treatment. As I said before, UNPROFESSIONAL at best. There are plenty of other comprehensive and capable chiropractors out there. STAY CLEAR Y'ALL!Â
Unfortunately in an attempt to support local business and get some much needed help I found that she is not skilled enough to provide the type of back care that can be found at virtually ANY other chiropractic care facility. Upon receiving treatment I actually felt far worse and new intense migraines as a result. She also is completely unapologetic and unprofessional following the treatment. I’ve been a patient of Dr Licari for 3.5 years. I had never heard heard of Upper Cervical Chiropractic before that time but glad I was so lucky to have found Dr Licari! I’m 68 and had a whole lot of medical history and my body and mind were a mess! I can now report I’m in better shape and condition than I’ve been in in 30 years!
