As an Active Isolated Therapist (AIS) myself, it is such a joy and relief to get excellent work from another therapist ! I booked a two hour session with Raul because I had some back pain and I felt fantastic after the session - my pain was relieved and I felt open and relaxed. Excellent explanation of your question and helps you deal with chronic pain
Raul‘s technique and knowledge of how my problem can be remedied with my lower back and glutes seems to be working quite well. He definitely has the experience and knowledge that is quite effective and easy to apply myself to help deal with this issues I’ve had which I’ve also treated with other professionals, but his seems to be the most effective at this point.
Raul is a very kind, calming soul who is very knowledgeable about stretching. He teaches, and stretches you during the session. He is very generous with his time.
