Raul is an excellent massage therapist. His space is incredibly clean and meditative, creating a calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. He doesn’t just treat symptoms, he offers real insight into what may be causing your tension and teaches you specific stretches so you can safely manage pain or tightness at home. His deep tissue work is both effective and relieving, and he’s very open to communicating throughout the session to make sure you’re comfortable. Overall, great vibes and real relief.
I have been coming to Raul for years now. I started seeing him in his old work space and followed him to his current space in LIC. Every appointment I've ever booked has never been nothing short of a 10/10. He really takes his time to hear you out when it comes to your pains and discomforts, then uses both stretch and massage to address your concerns. Relief Exists! One session with Raul and I was sold. I finally got some relief after chronic lower back pain from a broken L1 (Thanksgiving 2011… long story), plus a C3/C4 fusion, ankle reconstruction, rotator cuff surgery, and a few more miserable souvenirs. I’ve visited Raul numerous times and my first time in this new location was exceptional as always. I appreciate that sessions with him always come with an educational component, teaching me to be pain free at home, too. He has a very calming presence that allows you to really relax during visits. I’ve done both massage and stretching sessions and always leave feeling relieved. I can’t recommend him enough!
Raul is always super friendly and creates a really comfortable atmosphere. His massage therapy has been key in my injury recovery. He’s incredibly responsive, even fitting me in last minute. Highly recommend him!
