I had a wonderful experience with Jeannine and the entire Libutti staff. I brought my engagement ring in because the diamond was loose and they fixed the setting perfectly for a very fair price. I will be bringing my other two rings in to be fixed as well.

I purchasea a ring from Libutti jewelers , I purchase a ring in July and had it sized. The ring continued to roll. Went back in December asked if the could resize the ring. They tried a few different techniques which didn't work . Finally I asked for a new setting , Jeannine Libutti said she would fix it. Went back to pick up the ring was so badly Bent. When complained time Jeannine escort us out of the store . I am heartbroken to think a purchase that holds so Many memories has been tarnished .

False bravado, Lousy service, Total disregard of long-standing customers, Way over priced, way over staffed with uninformed often rude co-owners, Father should be turning over in his grave, expanded recently for what ? Very, very disapointed, after dealing with the parents for years, now fake,crude & rude. Nothing outstanding or inspirational about jewelery.
