A restaurant that's trying hard but misses the mark in small ways 1st we waited 20 minutes before the server found us. 2nd the hostess was nice, but spent a great deal of time chewing gum & playing on her phone The food was lovely, but they need to work on atmosphere
I think this is the first review I’ve ever left on Google. This is the best date night I’ve been to even among the little village and Ruth’s Chris and Cena in Hammond. Food and service were wonderful. Wine selection was amazing. No salt and pepper on the table but you won’t notice after you try the food. Smooth jazz and a darkened room. Not a single noisy patron. Some dear friends and I went on a couples’ date night last night to Library Wine & Provisions. It was an AMAZING experience! Everything from the drinks to the food was absolutely beautiful in presentation and extraordinarily flavorful!!! The staff was very attentive and we even got an opportunity to converse with one of the co-owners and the incredibly talented chef, Chef Roy!! We will definitely be back!!!
My wife and I moved here recently and The Library has become our go-to place for phenomenal food, cocktails, and customer service. Rob has put together a fantastic combination of ambiance, staff, exquisite food, and craft cocktails. My wife and I are well traveled and can say with confidence Chef Rey is remarkably talented and his menu never disappoints regardless of what you choose.
