I stopped by for happy hour drinks. I waited over 20 minutes and finally waived down someone to take my order. Once someone was assigned to my table the service was great. I'd say the happy hour drinks are a great value and we're very tasty.
02/27/2025 - Élevé - At the Grand Bohemian Hotel Rooftop dining experience. Ron had the Caesar Salad and then the Short Rib Tagliatelle (House Made Pasta, Slow Braised Short Ribs) Ron loved the Salad. Said it was one of the best. However, the Tagliatelle was very bland and tasteless. It was a true disappointment. I could not find something I liked so I made a meal with 2 of the starters - Shrimp + Crab Cake (Arugula, Remoulade) and Steak Tartare (Dijon, Egg Yolk, Grilled Bread). The food here is so very delicious! Wide open atmosphere with a wonderful outdoor area to drink or dine. The Beef Tartar and Short Rib are a must have! Delicious oysters & ceviche. Service from Melissa was excellent as well as Katie who’s extremely charming and knowledgeable about the menu. Great drinks with a lovely view! It does get pretty loud in here though, no biggie just a heads up.
