Non-LOC employees can make prior arrangements with LCFCU staff to be escorted into the building before 8:30 AM by calling (202) 707-6537. ATMs are located on the Ground & 6th floors of the Madison Building and are available during public open hours of the Library of Congress. Monday - Saturday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

Great service and rates.
I filled out something online for help because I've been with the bank FOR OVER 10 YEARS. To date I have never heard anything from them via phone call or by mail. NOTHING. I hate this bank and the people that work there. Why even offer assistance when you don't respond.
Horrible! Rates are low but be damned if you have to actually talk to a person! Signed up for the account easy enough but about 3 weeks go by and I don't receive a debit card. I called them, only to learn one was never ordered for me. So about 4 weeks after I open the account and switched my direct deposit to it, I don't have a card. Then fast forward to the other day. I go in to get a money order only to have the card declined. I get a call from the fraud department and I clear the charges. Tried the card again, declined. S... read more
