I’ve lived here since 2024 and Brittany is the best leasing manager I’ve ever had! So kind and very fast to respond. Maintenance is also awesome! Building is great walking distance to a lot of places.

He was exceptionally fast and demonstrated a truly reliable and professional approach. Ryan quickly diagnosed and secured the problem, providing a clear and effective solution. 3rd floor hallway & bridge as well as the elevators are disgustingly dirty. Don’t live here if you value cleanliness.
Go ahead and raise my rent 20%+ while my kitchen ceiling is leaking and maintenance just closes the ticket. Not my monkey, not my circus, absolute clown show. Don’t rent here if you don’t love waking up to shit breaking in your apartment or emergency alarms going off at every hour of the day, nothing is fixed
