I cannot recommend Courtney highly enough. During an extremely stressful and anxious time. And when I was racing against the clock to find a safe place for myself, my daughter, and my service animal. I'll say I haven't moved in yet, but my experience with Courtney during my tour was phenomenal. She was honest and straightforward about the renovations happening in a way that made her feel trustworthy. She also interacted with every resident we saw in such a friendly way that felt truly authentic. I won't be able to move for another 6 months but her friendliness made it my first choice when I look again a few months from now when I'm ready to move

Horrible inside and out. The location isn't the worst but it's surrounded by parking garages so you'll end up listening to people's car alarms all night. One guy just enjoys honking and will hit his fab like crazy. At the same time there is people yelling down below our window literally all the time, no matter what time it is. The building itself is not very clean.
