Unhelpful maintenance, open requests lasting a month or more, constantly missing deliveries despite the provided paid package handling services. Just don't apply, save yourself the hassle.

I've lived here for 4 years now. I must admit it did start out with poor management, but since they hired on Brittany over a year ago, it keeps getting better and better. She has done an amazing job turning this place around. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, and she does a very good job at communicating. If you want downtown living at an affordable price, Library Lofts is perfect. Great location, too.
Management is extremely helpful, the property is nice and great location!
I lived here for two years. For those two years I paid upward of $1400, for a stove to still be missing the knobs and for homeless people to bypass the "security" door and sleep in the stairwells. This is the GHETTO of lofts. Do NOT spend money here. Then the leasing agent, Brittany? Who thinks she's on a netflix real estate reality tv show is hard to work with and uppity. If you must live here then I get it, but choose wisely!
