I love the location. Downtown Spartanburg offers a variety of restaurants, entertainment and art exhibits. Library Commons was quiet up until recently. I have also smelled smoke in the building, so I hope the management will keep the building smoke-free and enforce the rules. Otherwise, Library Commons is an excellent location.
I have enjoyed the location and downtown businesses. There are a lot of things to do, and Spartanburg has a wonderful library. Unfortunately, there have been numerous leaks in the building due to the fact shortcuts were taken. The boards underneath my bathroom floor have to be replaced and I have been without a bathroom for two weeks. Water from my bathroom leaked into my neighbor's condo. What a wonderful place really enjoyed myself there very peaceful and they got everything far as a book you can think of love the fact that I can get 50 free copies I look forward to going back every week
