After getting past the first contact person, who I found argumentative and opinionated, the experience was pleasant. I was ready to look elsewhere for a vehicle when I recieved a call from James Won. He had a "can do" attitude and in less than a week I was driving a newer Lincoln Navigator which he delivered to my front door in Madison, WI.
Whether regular service or for the occasional issue, the service provided at Libertyville Lincoln is exceptional. They are responsive, thorough and timely; offering personalized service in a professional and courteous manner. Kind of special for a car dealership!
