Worst experience at a dealership!!! I was in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told 1 1/2 hrs. It took 2 1/2 hrs! When I checked in Dennis, the service advisor, asked where my tire key was. I stated I didnt know, figuring I'm at the dealership, they've rotated my tires before, obviously they know where it is.
