Went to see Dr.manning as a referral for an IUD removal, I struggle with medical trauma and the entire staff was 10/10. The removal it self was so quick, Dr.manning was very informative and gentle and reassuring in areas that many other physicians would brush you off and tell you, “you’re fine.” Highly recommend her and her clinic!
Receptionist almost never picks up the phone and never replies to voicemails. Goodluck getting a hold of them or having your requests completed via voicemail. I had a 10 minute phone appointment that I waited months for, I confirmed the day of as well. I never got a call in my phone log (I confirmed it was the right number). I call the receptionist who finally picks up and she says the doctor called (she didn't) and said I didn't have my voicemail set up (I did), and in order to book again I have to Pay a Fee! Amazing Doctor, very compassionate and competent. Her hands are magical. The only problème it is hard to get ahold of her. I tried to book an appointment for consultation after three months of IUD but I am not able to get ahold of you. I also couldn't book on the app. Please can you give me a call? Thanks.
