I can't say enough about Dr Manning she is amazing caring, understanding,thorough, patient, kind. Wish I could give more then 5 Stars🙂
Wanted to leave a comment about how absolutely outstanding Dr Manning is! She is patient and very informed. For anyone who is nervous or anxious, she hits all the marks to make you feel better. Reading through the comments, I have to agree that the clinic is a bit out of sorts (impossible to get them to answer the phone or voicemails, no paper towel or toilet paper in the washroom), but Dr Manning makes up for it.
I Was recommended to go there changed my mind. The lady at the reception for Dr Manning with curly hair is very rude, speaks with an attitude, and looks upset I ignore the reason. For a first contact with patients, it doesn’t encourage to work with them. Management should encourage her to gently welcome customers especially if the patient in front of her is already feeling SICK and weak. The other lady on left , on the other side, was very Nice and polite!
Receptionist for Dr. Farhadi the worst reception ever you deal with, they miss information on the vaccine card and I ask to simply update it on the yellow card after I spoke to the nurse and she said I’m able to pick up a letter and I come back next day when I come back where The receptionist lady want me to go back again to fill out the yellow card it just took two seconds from the nurse to fill it up and she was so aggressive and mad at me because I told her you guys missed to update the information on the card and that’s ... read more
