TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE stay away! My sewer line broke, I contacted my insurance company who contacted Liberty Water & Sewer. First it was a huge argument as to where the line broke (inside the foundation wall or outside) this determines if the insurance company will pay for it or not. After wining that argument, they proceeded to tell me because my porch is 2 feet away from the broken sewer line, they wouldn't be able to dig unless I demoed my porch (on my dollar). STAY AWAY!!!!!! Absolutely horrifying experience. Unprofessional, have no idea what they’re doing, sent out clinicians who pretty much TOLD ME they don’t know how to fix my problem. They submitted BS report to my insurance and now insurance is denying my claim. Had I read these reviews I would’ve requested a different company. Called to put in a complaint about incompetent clinicians and they HUNG UP ON US!! I really don’t know how these places stay in business.
