I was called to make an appointment. Because of a sensitive issue, in my life, I was thrilled to hear that I can get into another vehicle and found a co-signer. Only to be rejected because I showed up on 5/31 to see where things stood. Ronny was ok but, the finance manager basically threw me out for inquiring. The experience and embarrassing moment in front of staff was unprofessional and I didn't appreciate being treated like trash.
