This place has extremely poor communication with it resident's families. The receptionists always puts you on hold for long amounts of time. when you need a file a complaint you get transferred to the Director who interrupts you constantly and is very rude. My dad laid there with a broken back and none of the nurses on duty knew about it when I went to check on what the next steps were the following day.
