I lived at Liberty Village for 5 years, and during that time I rarely saw anyone consistently working in the office. Occasionally there would be different staff members, but nothing consistent. A couple of years ago, a coworker asked me about the neighborhood. I told her it was nice and that my neighbors had always been kind to me and my family. Iam a very dissatisfied tenant. Ms.vilches the property manager engages in petty,retaliatory behavior.i was a roomate with Leslie Espinosa the lease holder witch is very good friends with ms.vilchez, when Leslie moved out she told me I can stay and her friend would help sign lease over to me. She did but little did I know I was in for a nightmare lease. I’m very pleased that we get to have Ivania back as the Manager! She’s honestly really great and has such a kind and supportive personality, she’s on top of everything that needs to be done. Any issues i’ve had in my home have been resolved by her and her work team, she makes living here a lot easier and better it’s a really great community. We’re very grateful that she’s back.
