Cheaply built homes. They sub contract work out to all random people. AC broke after one year. Paint and dry wall was poorly done. Nails popped through ceiling and floors, the mud and tape peeled- all before the one year mark. I was told to hammer the nails on the floors back down myself. The site manager barely came by to oversee construction. The workers left the sites a mess, causing garbage to blow into my yard/around the neighborhood. Avoid and use a different builder if possible!
