Last year my significant other and I booked with Shelly Hernandez at Liberty Travel in Milford. Prior to meeting with her we did not have such good luck with other private travel agents so on our last stop we walked into Liberty Travel in Milford, CT and Shelly greeted us instantly and though she was with another client she came over to say she would be right with us as soon as she was done assisting her client. My travel agent, Teresa was amazing sending us to Beaches Turks & Caicos!! She looked after everything including a hotel to park, sleep, fly out of JFK so that we would start our vacation refreshed!! Give her a call 203-845-0802, you wont be disappointed
I had the worst experience i had with a travel agency. Travel agent Joel Grossman was arrogant and discourteous and he even shouted at me. Won t recommend and won t come back!

I have used liberty travel Norwalk location serveral times,and each time I was thoroughly satisfied. From the time i sat down to discuss my trip, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. If they didnt know, they made sure they did know by the time they called me back. They agents esp one in particular (Marianne) would keep me up to date up until it was time to take my trip, and afterwards follow up. I would strongly encourage anyone to use liberty travel.
