Update: I have received another invoice. I have called again the corporate and Nashville office and the Sales Rep. I have spoke to the business rendering the services and they dont want it fixed as they are not registered with TN Dept of revenue or any other local agency for that matter. I have filed proper complaints with BBB, FTC and TN Division of Consumer Affairs. *We do not have a business relationship with this place, however we have been receiving invoices to our business since last year.
