Regular reviews and raises; better relationship between employees and management. Treat all employees alike and not have picks and favorites based on race. Offer employees a review, warning, write-up, suspension, or probation, prior to firing employee. Tell employee why they were fired after 5 years.
How about showing up when you are supposed to. Constantly 2 weeks late for pickups of used tires. What a joke.

This company has a monopoly in our area. We are forced to wait hours to unload after an appointment. Never have enough equipment to take tires. Say there always filled up on trailers and make the people who give them business wait as if our time isn't valuable. If any competition moved in our area they would last a month. Only positive reviews on here are from employees not actual customers.
I am an employee threw temp. I feel that they are a very organize company that gave me a shot at growth. They are very self sufficient on there Maintance an Operation. I like it. An feel i can add to the company.
