I had an amazing experience, was visiting family in the area pulled in for air and found out I had dry rot on my tires. I still had to go all the way back to Kansas City. Jeff and Jose that were there took great care of me. Made sure that I was safe. Helped me get my tires correct and back on the road. Amazing people. 10 out of 10
Up front people
The WORST place to go. Everyone behind the counter is disgustingly rude and they all talk about their customers out loud as if we aren’t in the lobby. Along with cursing and being unprofessional. God forbid I ask a question about my mothers car. The lady on the right side especially. Rude, slick, and nasty. They try to upsell which I know is their job but it’s crooked and wrong.
