New management are treating us unfair no maintenance haven't worked on my apartment in years I have black mold all and I hope the management read this they have been warn by the state so I gonna have to report this
It used to be a wonderful place to cleanliness was amazing. Got new management company out of Indianapolis and we haven't had a cleaning lady for our common areas since March 26th. I'm told at least once a month they are in the process of hiring someone to no avail. So they don't care we are living in an unclean in environment. This is an apartment building for older adults. I do not recommend
