I hired Liberty to make a termite inspection before the sale of my house. They felt the need to include that my crawlspace had specks of mold and included it in their report. They then "offered" to treat the mold for $500. They took no photos and could not recall exactly where the mold was under the house! Hello *********, I am sorry that you feel that way but we have a company policy here that states we are not comfortable with being part of selling a home to someone with Fungus or mold. So we put those things on the report. It is not all about appeasing the bank, you should think about the home buyer. Would you want to buy a house with mold or fungus? It is wood destroying and could be dangerous to a family. We think about all people, not just our customers. We operate as if it was one of our family members buying the house.... read more
