Spent over $350 here vs. the $80 TurboTax was going to charge, spent more time there than I did when I mocked it up on TuboTax online, had to explain to the lady that the TAVT that appeared on the receipt for my car title was Ad Valorem tax and I should get credit for that, also had to explain to her why itemizing would be slightly better for me, she kept my paperwork, I didn't receive a digital copy of my filing, I recently discovered she somehow input my address incorrectly, and I've still not received my state refund.
