this franchise office is without an owner and being ran by the Corporate office. I submitted my tax info in mid march and waited a week or so and received nothing from Liberty. When I called they told me the taxes were not completed and set an appointment to come in with my wife. on 3/31/17 we went in and they could not find my file and after several phone calls found the file and proceeded to complete my taxes which were never completed after over 2 weeks.
