Very pleasant experience, Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Had the worst experience today with a preparer named Tesfaye. Maybe a language barrier or just inexperience. Either way, he wasted an hour of my time & I had to ask him 4 times to give me my documents so I could leave! Guy had no clue what he was doing. I went to the other Decatur location instead.
