I had not been to Liberty tax since 2020 after taking a hiatus to attempt to use an online service. I decided I was going to go back into Liberty tax. My appointment was with Sarah. She was clear, thorough, and very kind. My taxes are relatively easy, but I was in and out in no time. The gal up front, I believe her name was Gloria, who was checking in the appointments was sweet and caring as well. Definitely recommend.
I cannot rave enough about my experience. Very kind, was not judgement towards any situations that occurred. To add, was helpful in determining ways to avoid problems in the future. 10/10 every single time. I will come here every year even when my taxes become less complicated and I could literally just use turbo tax I will still come here. It was such a welcoming positive experience, very detailed, and you get peace of mind.
