MY ACCOUNTANT WENDY MEJIA WAS EXCELLENT! SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, SHE DID IT WELL ,SHE DID IT QUICKLY (ALL I HAD TO DO WAS UPLOAD MY W-2 (SENT IT FROM MY PHONE, WHILE I WAS AT WORK, NEVER MISSED A BEAT FROM MY DAY) AND MY REFUND WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED; AND IT WAS DEPOSITED SOONER THAN I EXPECTED! I'VE BEEN WITH LIBERTY TAXES FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS AND NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. LET ME KNOW IF YOU'RE INTERESTED WE CAN MAKE MONEY TOGETHER. THEIR REFERRAL SYSTEM HAS A BONUSES FOR BOTH OF US LOL

Janet and Wendy helped correct a financially tragic tax situation into a really positive one! Janet sat with me and helped answer my questions on new/murky tax scenarios and working together identified an issue I was having when I tried to submit on my own. Taxes suck. But Aesha makes them…. tolerable. I was defeated when I walked in and was placed with Aesha. Not only did she hear my confusion, but she spent the time to explain it (and in multiple ways because I couldn’t wrap my head around some what was happening). She was thorough, double-checked all of her work, and said, “come back tomorrow, we don’t want you to miss the deadline. I got you.” And she did.
