I am knocking down three stars solely because whomever was in charge was giving me an unfriendly look and didn't even greet me. Just stared until I informed them I had an appointment. I should have just left at that first sign. And why the mean mug look throughout the whole time? Can't take my energy or something? Also it was wayyyy too expensive! I didn't even get a discount for my first time with Liberty Tax. But Tara who was doing my tax prep was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Melanie was wonderful! I took in my taxes and 2 hours later she called to say they were done. I got a refund nearly 3 times what I got from my old company at 1/3 the cost. Liberty Tax is fast, fair, and awesome. I would recommend them 100%.

I had a great experience at Liberty Tax. The process was quick, easy, and very professional. The staff was friendly and made everything simple to understand. On top of that, their pricing was noticeably cheaper than other places I checked. I’ll definitely be coming back next year!
