Larry Slaughter He made it quick and easy and painless to file my taxes
I had a apt for 3:00, got there at 2;45 wasn't seen until 4:45. Extremely short staffed, and one lady just up and left in the middle of doing some one taxes cause she said she had a hair apt. When she left there was only 1 staff there for a hour with 7 customers in the office. The office was extremely dirty and nasty with dirt every where and spider webs everywhere.
