Very friendly and helpful. Made updating financial information for CRA very easy
I've had a beautiful experience with Liberty Tax. Cindy made the whole process of filing tax returns very easy and stress free. She even stayed after hours to help me complete my tax returns, and was patient throughout. I would recommend Liberty tax to anyone who finds filing taxes daunting.

Filed my taxes for five years and they didn’t submit one of the years to the government. You would think this is an easy fix however they are only open two days a week, Mondays and Wednesdays 10am to 3pm. They are advertised as Wednesdays and Thursdays which is incorrect. If you call it goes straight to voicemail which is full so you can’t leave a message. Do not recommend using this location. I have to book time off work I guess to have this felt with ?
Have come here a few times in the past and wasn't very happy with the service I received. I had a call from Janna (manager)who informed me that there was an ownership change and wanted to have me come back this year to see what they could do for me . I was delighted with the professionalism and that they got me all the credits Im entitled to. Thanks again for the amazing service I will strongly recommend you guys to all my friends and family
