I've used Liberty Tax for a few years now. I went in when my appointment was scheduled and didn't have to wait. They had things there to entertain my son while the taxes were filed. Melanie Vol was the agent who handled my taxes and she was Great! Very nice, very fast, and got me the highest possible return I could get. All around, I'll keep going back to them for my Tax purposes
