Awful place with awful customer service.
Absolutely terrible service. The employee was incredibly rude, kept talking over me and interrupting what I was trying to say. The behavior was overall incredibly nasty and unprofessional. And the manager spent the whole appointment on the phone in full view of seeing his employee yelling and did not do amything about it except threaten to sue about any bad reviews. So enjoy this bad review. DO NOT GO HERE.
Do not go here! We made an appointment online to get our taxes done and then were told when my husband showed up that they don't take appointments in the last 2 days of tax season. He was told he could drop off and when he asked about walk-in (wanting to stay and discuss with the person doing our taxes) he was told they don't do that (despite the sign on their door). Awful service and staff. Blaming Liberty Tax HQ on issues they know they could resolve like scheduling problems and ignoring appointments made online. Also false advertising on the front door offering walk ins which they do not. They don’t even help people who have made appointments.
Pathetic service Front desk women is rude and unprofessional They have no professional knowledge about what they are filing. Charging high service fees Will never go again
