I had an appmt with Katie in the St. Charles location and she is an absolute gem. She figured out my crazy taxes from 2 states and everything went smooth. We just clicked not to mention, we had a few laughs which we both needed. THANK YOU KATIE AND LIBERTY TAX. YOU ARE THE BEST! :)
Friendly staff and well qualified
My appointment today… yes the 15th. I’m a new customer. After Diane looked at my paperwork, she told me I don’t have to file taxes. I haven’t had to file taxes for 10 years. But the company I’ve going to for the past 10 years has been charging me $200 to do my taxes. So yay I can go shopping instead. I DEFINITELY recommend. They are HONEST, professional, and friendly. Bonus… they have cookies!!! Thank You, Diane.
