He hecho mis impuestos en liberty Tax Norwood desde el 2013, pero para los impuestos del 2025 hubo un error y dese ese día hasta el día de hoy Gina Pinto nunca está, siempre está con un cliente, etc. Y así ha pasado un año sin que me de una respuesta. Yo exigí mi reembolso ya que pagué $600, y nunca recibí respuesta tampoco con esto. Las recepcionistas son groseras y nunca saben nada. Necesito que me explique qué pasó, dónde está el error. Pero como dije líneas arriba, no se ha dignado a contestar.
