I went in 2 old gentlemen busy talking about pay and benefits. Told me to wait while they did that. After waiting they didn't even nkow what I was asking about...wanted to call the owner first and call me back about new rules that these 2 didn't even nkow. Waste of time going there They seemed prejudiced too. I never got any services they had to call the owner or whoever and then they wud call me back. Waste of time
Shawna seemed inconvenienced by our appointment, and was very condescening towards us. Every time we would try to ask a question or answer her questions she would interrupt and say things like "I'm the tax person here, I would know that". I've never been treated so rudely by a "professional" in my life. Was unable to provide a schedule of fees so our end bill was a total surprise - all she would say is each document and addition would have a fee. I am accountant who has been doing this for 30 years. This office just tried to charge my newest client a 25 dollar fee to mail their previous tax return to them. Being as it is only 4 to 6 pages and the cost of a stamp and CRA will mail it to you for free. This is a ripe off. I highly recommend seeking another accountant to file your taxes for if they are ripping off clients for mailing taxes to them they are ripping clients off by doing their taxes as well.
