They are very helpful, and prompt and have made my taxes stress free like they advertise. Much better customer service and support than H&R block!!
Staff here is amazing and always so welcoming! They made my tax filing less stressful even though I had to file for multiple years they explained everything so clearly and understood what I wanted to do with the taxes I've missed. I'm definitely coming back next year!
If I could leave a 0 stars I would. If you’re a young person just learning how the tax system works they will take advantage of you!!!! Filed a young friend’s taxes as common law with her fiance even though clearly not correct. Resulted in a CRA reassessment costing my young friend more than twice what her return was calculated at. We went to Liberty to use a professional as we had moving expenses to claim and a few other things that made our taxes complicated. They were open limited hours, which was understandable given it was past tax season. It took a few weeks but we were initially fairly satisfied with the service. We were told they would hold our receipts and everything incase the government wanted copies.
