Firstly, let me start by saying I never give reviews (good or bad). I would have appreciated someone warning us about this place so here we are. My parents went here a couple of times with no real issues. My father passed away in October of 2021. My mom who is 82 went to them shortly after for her taxes (and my dad’s). Worst experience EVER 2months of phoning with No Response They have LOST my receipts and file??? Unbelievable
Worse experience ever.. I've used Liberty a few times at this location and I had no problems. However, we've been calling now for a few weeks keeping in mind today is May 5th. It's by government law taxes are to be returned by the deadline. My mother whom is a Senior has been calling with no success. I tried today and it seems to be a central system that responds and they have no information. This will be the last time we use Liberty and I will report this.
I have been going to Liberty tax for three years now. The service here is great very pleased,the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this business.
