Hands down best experience going to Liberty Tax! They found 4 years worth of money owed that H&R Block couldn't find! My jaw dropped when I heard a commercial for H&R Block about finding previous years refunds - what a joke! Go to Liberty Tax! They take care of you 1000% !!
Not too pleased. Was told to come in to the office and that I’d be able to do an instant refund and all was good to go, drove 1 hr 30 mins after asking multiple times if it was a for sure thing and explained I had to drive a far distance. Got there waited around for an hour to give them access then once in the office i did all of the processes and then was told should be getting a refund instantly, guy went to talk to manager came back and said oh oops sorry you’ll have to wait an additional ten days as there’s an adjustment... read more
First time going to liberty tax this year and the receptionists were super friendly, I got in super quick along with the same day return. Even got my own pen 😉😂. Definitely recommend
