Doesnt provided the added services described, without that personalized service I was told i was getting for almost $150 for a single t4 return i am very unimpressed and will be looking at other option
Poor attitude by representative. He kept saying they were closing soon. My appointment was for 5:30 and they didn’t close till 6:00. I had a simple return to do. Chairs in waiting area were ripped and torn. Floor was dirty and could have used a cleaning.
Fast efficient and friendly service. Definitely recommend Liberty Tax Service. Have been doing my own the last 12 yrs but it's much easier and less stressful to have the professionals at Liberty do it.
I Had a horrible time with h and r block so I decided to come here.with no appointment I got everything done within minutes the staff is friendly and it cost me less to do my taxes thank you library taxes you turn a frustrating into a good one
