Called to ask a question about filing my taxes and the question was regarding my t4s. Never have I been spoken to with such ignorance. Ended up hanging up call, you can tell wonders by the way a person speaks to you.

Worst experience I've had the young girl does not know what she is doing always calling some one for answers she is rude I've had better experience at other liberty taxes DO NOT GO THERE go some where else please.
Came here I believe at the end of April; was locked out of my CRA for two years and was stuck in a catch-22 because I lost my old 2019 tax return. The intern there, helped me solve that cursed problem, which I thought genuinely was something I would have to go to court for. I also filed two years worth of tax returns (because my CRA was locked), and turned out I had money I could claim as benefits. All in all, it was an awesome experience, smooth and quick.
