Terrible service all around. Submitted everything online, waited a week and called to ensure they received everything. Then waited another 3 weeks for any communication! Never replied to any email I sent. I could never actually talk to the agent, when I called I had to talk through the receptionist. I got my numbers and they seemed off. I took my files to another office and they got back to me in three days, and showed that this office was wrong (did not take into account cost basis of some stock sold).
