My husband went to file taxes the beginning of February, Dahshia Brown was his tax preparer. Just received a call on March 28 that they were waiting on a signature from my husband before they would be completed. No one had reached out by phone, text, or email to let us know our taxes were being held up by a signature. Luckily, an associate named Tracy was going back through files and reached out.
