Please do not go to this place to file your taxes. Coming form someone who have been filing my own taxes for the past 6 years. I only went to this place because of 1095 rejection. I waited 2 weeks prior to checking my refund status but got an error message. Contacted the manager to confirm my info was correct. She lied claiming the IRS system was down. 1 hour after I spoke with her I receive a text message from liberty stating my return was accepted which mean she never filed them 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed!
Liberty tax is a scam....if you got your taxes done here please get someone else to go over your completed taxes.... liberty tax is stealing money through your taxes ... please take your completed taxes to someone else to look them over....I had to get an attorney
So .. Mrs.Scott helped me so much !! I had been trying out for years to clear things up with the IRS… She went above and beyond to help me ..I was able to get all accomplished. Thank you Mrs.Scott
