Filed my first ever taxes here in 2021, never got my refund and come to find out recently when I went to the irs that liberty tax messed up my files.. don’t if I’ll ever get my refund but don’t file here you’re better off going somewhere else. tt

I went to file taxes here today and I waited quite a long time to recieve terrible service that did not go into a professional and detailed explanation as to why I had to pay taxes that seemed questionably high. I was simply told “that’s just how it is” when I asked why I had to pay so much in taxes. When I got home, I carefully reviewed my tax forms with my brother and as it turns out, the tax preparer added an additional $2000 of income that I did not make which is what led to the taxes being questionably high.
