Scheduled for a Thursday afternoon with Rachel my partner and I had an amazing time chatting with her and getting our taxes done. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning here next year to hopefully work with her again. Their office was a little difficult to find due to the signage on the building saying Income Tax but the door saying Liberty tax, but Google maps does still lead to it correctly.
