Justina caused me tons of issues with the IRS. DO NOT TRUST HER OR THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR TAXES!!!! I had multiple appointments with them in march, as well as in April. Last contact with them was April 10th. I have called many times since. No answer, doors are locked on the building. We are now well past the tax date and they still haven’t filed my taxes and I am liable for tax penalties. Horrible business plan and a scam. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible customer service. Trying to get paperwork back I left With Liberty Tax Fallbrook is turned into nightmare. Stopped by and she said come back in twenty minutes, she could have simply grabbed my items and given them to me. Called next day and she said come by in few hours. I was out of area by than. Call today and now she says she is out of town two weeks!!! I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment same day and was even seen a little earlier than expected. Jastina was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
