I had a 6:00PM appointment on Saturday. I received severs confirmation texts from Liberty Tax confirming the appointment. When I arrived, the lights to the building were out, and nobody was inside. I waited an extra 15 minutes in case the employee was perhaps on break, however no one showed up. I was no call-no showed. If Liberty Tax can’t even be trusted to keep appointments, why would you trust them with your taxes? Avoid this place.

After a not so great experience with a big tax company we decided to give Liberty Tax a try and we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Brandon handled both our 2023 and 2024 taxes and it was such a quick, seamless process! Such a great guy, super nice and efficient! We will definitely be returning each year!
