I felt compelled to write this review. I have been using Liberty Tax for the past 3 years and I have never in my life had such a bad experience doing my taxes. I sent an email to the Liberty Tax office on Gilbert and Southern asking for an appointment with the tax professional I usually see there and never received a return email.
